

Tommy grew up at Spanish B Camp in Pu`unene, Maui. He later moved to Harbor View in Kahului and graduated from St. Anthony High School in 1957. Shortly after graduation, he joined the U.S. Army and served in Vietnam for 6 years. He returned to Maui and retired from Hawaiian Telephone Co.
Tom was predeceased by his parents, William Martin Perry and Martina Gonzales Perry, his sister, Adeline Dolfo (Reggie), brother, William Perry Jr., and the mother of his children, Cecilia Perry. He is survived by his loving wife, Wendy Lou Pelekai Perry. His sisters, Marjorie Pacheco (Warren Molina), Veronica Esias (George). Children: Lisa Culp (Richard), Dori Bush (Rusty), Anthony Perry, William Perry (Davina), Kelly Carroll (Phillip), and Matthew Graham. He was blessed with 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Services to honor and celebrate his life will be held at St. Anthony Church, Wailuku, Maui on Thursday, April 3, 2025. Private family viewing at 8:30am-9:00am. Public viewing from 9:00am-10:30am Mass begins at 11:00am. Burial to follow at Maui Veterans Cemetery, Makawao at 1:00pm. Family requests aloha attire.
