Wayne Keoki Darisay

Wayne Keoki Darisay passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2025 under the care of Island Hospice Maui, in Kahului. He was born in Hawai‘i on March 1, 1971 to The Late Arsenio & Paulette Iwalani Darisay.

Keoki was the member of the Boy Scouts of Lahaina, he was the Manager at the Wharf Cinema Center, and was a Caregiver with “Bayada Maui Home Health Care” for over 20 years.

Keoki loved his Family with every depth of his Heart. He would give all that he had even to the last penny. His Faith in God was no doubt the true essence of his life. Loving God and loving people in his own special and unique way. He enjoyed both Hawaiian and Christian Music especially those shared by his siblings.

He was the 2nd youngest of 8 children. He was kindhearted, wise and a very dependable soul with a heart of Gold.

Wayne Keoki Darisay is survived by his siblings, Clemens Keoni Darisay (Jeri), Derek Kawelo Darisay (Charnette), Eric Vega Jr, April Kahealani (Darisay) Brandt; His Hanai /Adopted Children, Alealani Chandler, Ace Aluli-Vega, Azalea Aluli-Vega; Sister in law Joyce Darisay and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

He is Predeceased by his Parents, Arsenio & Paulette Iwalani Darisay;

Brothers, Gordon Kawika Darisay, Jason (aka Meleaka) Kamuela Darisay, Allen Kimo Darisay; Brother in Law, Paul Brandt.

Wayne will forever be missed.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at Norman’s Mortuary in Wailuku, Maui, Hawai‘i, Public Visitation is at 5:00 p.m.; Service at 7:00 p.m.
