William C. Funes, 96, of Makawao, passed away on December 23, 2013. He was born August 4, 1917 in Hawaii.
Services will be held on Friday, January 3, 2014 at Borthwick Norman’s Mortuary with visitation from 9:00 am; services at 11:30 am, followed by 12:30 pm burial at Maui Memorial Park-Garden of Meditation.
He was a retired groundskeeper.
He is survived by his wife, Madeline F. Funes, son, Robert (Lily-Ann – deceased) Fune; daughter, Jane (Francis) De Lara; 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
