She is survived by her brother Ralph K. Sharpe and predeceased by her other siblings Leimamo Stine, Lolita Sattler, Harold "Boy" Sharpe, Grace Fevella and Haroline Kaleleiki. Although she never married nor had children, she is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
Yvonne was employed by Hawaiian Telephone for many years and worked for the US Navy at Pearl Harbor for 34 years. She retired and returned to Maui and lived in Maui Meadows where she enjoyed taking care of her cats and doing crossword puzzles and taking trips to Las Vegas.
