Raymond L Hughes

He married Juanita R. Hughes on March 18, 1961.

Raymond worked for General Motors Hydramatic Company for 32 years, retiring in 2000. He was a Walbridge firefighter, retiring as captain, a member of the UAW and was a driver for Dunn- Chevy- Olds –Buick in Oregon, Ohio.

Surviving are his loving wife, Juanita; daughter, Jacquelin (Jerry) Isch; sons, Timothy (Maryann) Hughes, Thomas Hughes and Troy Hughes, Thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; brothers, William (Ethel) Hughes, and James (Dorothy) Hughes.

He was preceded in death by siblings, Frank and Donald Hughes, Doris Swartz, daughter in law, Olga Hughes and granddaughter, Tomassa.

Friends will be received from 2-8 pm. Wednesday, November 19th at the Witzler- Shank Funeral Home 701 N. Main St. Walbridge, Ohio 43465 (419-666-3121) with funeral services at 11:00 am.
