     I was there when moma was funny, sweet ,strong and loving .  Always loving .

     I was there when moma slipped away without a complaint or a sound.

     And OUR LIVES CHANGED FOREVER.

     I will miss my moma for the rest of myself life.

You will never be far from my thoughts and never out of my heart, and I am quite happy that when I look in the mirror I see you looking back at me.
Thank you Mom for always being there for me, even if at times was it just to have your ear to gripe in. You never judged and always allowed me to make my own decisions, even if at the time you didn't agree with them, but would support them nonetheless
I cherish the years I worked with you and Bill, and the good times we had, even if there were a lot of long days mixed in there. I would not trade that time with you for anything. You made most days fun to come to work and just being with you. Even when you got mad because we would pull pranks on you like telling a new employee to talk very loud to you because you couldn't hear very well. And you would look at them like they lost their minds and ask what was wrong with them, them storm into the office and just stare at us, then start laughing yourself at what we did. Those are the times I will remember. 
I am thankful you found someone like Bill and made him a part of our family. I cannot imagine my life without him in it. The love between the two of you showed in so many ways, that I always hoped to have that too. The two of you showed me what it was like to love each other unconditionally, and I feel I have found that with Bob. 
You were the best Mother in the world to me. You made sure there was a lot of laughter and love in our house growing up and for that I thank you.
I wasn't with you when you passed, but my heart was with you that day and always. 
I will miss you Mom, but I know I will see you again one day.

I love you so much. I'm so glad that I was able to be by your side in your final hours, I wouldn't have been anywhere else. You have done so much for me over my lifetime, whether it was letting me stay with you when I needed to attend college or just having a shoulder to cry on when I needed someone. I'll never forget all the Wonderful times we had together as a family during the holidays; it was some of the most memorable moments of my life. Being at your house last week was like nothing had ever changed. I sure wish I could rewind time and start over.
Now it's time for you to rest and let us take care of Gran Gran; but please help us and help him heal, we need it more than you know.  We will never be able to fill the void that he feels without you but we will sure try and well need your help. I envy the bond that you and him share, it is so special and real and it was proven to me during this time. I don't think I have ever seen a man love a woman as much as he loves you. You are the luckiest lady in the world.

So sorry for your loss,Girls. I know you are going to really miss her.I remember her when she was young. She was a really sweet Aunt. Wish I could have known her as time went by. It seems that families kind of drift away from one another, It really is a shame.I'm so glad you started the Brown Family page on face book, Tonie. At least we can all know one another, if only through writing on here. Love you, and when you feel like it keep in touch if it is only on Face Book.Best to You All

I love you mom and I appreciate so much the time we've spent together these past 4 years. I wouldn't have traded them for anything. You have been my inspiration my whole life. Your strength, your dedication, your resolve and your determination to always say what you mean and back it up if necessary. You weren't afraid of anything or anybody. I'll especially miss the quiet moments we've shared over these past 6 months and the child like look in your eyes when you were caught figiding with something you weren't supposed to be. I loved your humor but most of all your constant affirmation of the love you felt for me during these most trying times. I couldn't be prouder of the way you confronted every major set back with optimism. You truly were the best example of a fighter I've ever seen. The medical professionals all called you a firecracker. That you truly were. You never gave up. 

Now it's time for you to rest easy. I know you'll keep a watchful eye over all of us and spare no time, when we get there, of letting us know if we stepped out of line. I promise I'll do my best to make you proud in helping  Bill as much as I can. Your passing has left a major hole in his life. It was a treat watching the two of you together. I've never seen a more powerful bond between two people.  I can only hope that I experience half of what I saw you two share. 

So now it's time to say goodbye. I'm so thankful that God allowed me to be at your side when you passed over. It was gentle, warm and serene. I love you mom. Always have, always will.
