Billy enjoyed fishing, gardening and golf. He retired an SES 5 after 33 years of Federal Government service for the
Department of Defense.
Billy is preceded in death by his father Herman, mother Lavonne and wife Mauricette. He is survived by his son, Gregory; grandson Christian; stepchildren Katia and Frank; siblings Freda, Peggy, Gloria,
Johnie and Tamela.
Memorial service to be held at Victory Chapel, 16401Manning Rd. West, Accokeek, Maryland, 20607 on March
23rd, 2013 at 10:30 am.
In lieu of flowers, we would ask that you help keep Billy’s legacy going by making donations to his grandson Christian Love’s college fund. All donations will be deposited in an educational account set up especially for Christian. Envelopes will be provided during the Memorial Service.
