Dorothy was preceded in death by her loving husband Darrel Lee Towensend, Sr. She is survived by her children Darrell Lee Townsend, Jr. (Andrea), Dawn Lynn Townsend and David Leonard Townsend (Robin) and her grandchildren Elijah and Israel Townsend.
A visitation will be held at the Huntt Funeral Home Waldorf, Maryland on Thursday December 11, 2014 from 10am to 12p. The service will begin at 12 Noon. The burial will take place at Maryland Veterans Cemetery Cheltenham, Maryland on December 23, 2014 at 1:00pm.
