David grew up in Indian Head raised by William and Betty Puffenbarger. He graduated from Lackey High School.
David was a construction worker by trade. He was also a volunteer firefighter

He is survived by Wife Tina Maria Harrison Loving Father of Daughter's Heather Stinnett, Christina Epp, Jacqueline Harrison - Son- William Nalborczyk. Son in laws- Matchew, John Epp, Mark Stone.
Grandfather of six grandkids Edward, Angel, Thomas, William jr, Hunter, Samanda.
