On Sunday, September 4, 2016 of Accokeek, MD. Beloved Husband for 56 years to the late B. Laura Heinbuch. Loving Father of Karen (Duane) Carlson, Kenneth (Dora) Heinbuch, Kathy (James) Thomas. Also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 11 Great-Grandchildren. Brother of Gladys Womersley, Joyce Pruyn and the Late Wayne and Arthur Heinbuch. Howard served in the Navy and Merchant Marines. Howard retired from the Prince Georges School Board of Education in 1990.
