Ingrid Olivia Vest , a.k.a Olivia, Liv & Jazz, lived a virtuous woman of God life. Olivia was born and raised in the Washington DC metropolitan area where she resided with her husband George. She graduated from Hampton University with a degree in Psychology. While working in that field she has always love the art of motion. She was blessed with the gift to sew without the use of measurements and patterns. She attended Victory Christian Ministries International in Suitland Maryland where she enjoyed being active in the ministry of dance and served as a deacon. In 2012 she launched Royalty Designs By Olivia, her online business that specializes in bringing to the surface all of the royalty, dignity and power that lies within each person through the design of inspired movement and apparel. She enjoyed making dance garments, flag pageantry and women's apparel. She danced like David with God's anointing upon her every move.
