He began a career in the Federal Government in 1983 and had over 30 years of service as a Project Manager.
Jimmy was a family man first and foremost, dedicating his life to his sisters, brothers, wife, children and granddaughters and had two amazing knucklehead son-in-laws. He had a personality larger than life, always quick to share a laugh and a good time. His generous and genuine heart touched all who knew him. His joy and good humor had no boundaries. He said what he wanted and meant what he said. A more loyal friend could not be found.
Jimmy is proceeded in death by his father, mother, sister and nephew. He is survived by his wife of 37 years (Joletta), his eldest daughter and son-in-law (Launa and Shane) and his youngest daughter and son-in-law (Brittany and Geoff) and three granddaughters (Nya, Daylin and Paislee). He is also survived by his siblings, Vicky (Randy), Judy, Bucky, Donnie, and other half and step siblings, and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
His family asks that you remember him fondly with laughs and jokes. Honor his life by loving with an open heart and a generous soul. He will be missed all the days of our lives. Thank you to family and friends for their love and support during this difficult time.
“The life given us, by nature is short, but the memory of a well-spent life is eternal” ~Cicero
