Lois Patricia Jennings

Lois was born July 13, 1930, in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Leonard Patrick Jennings and Lillian Dewicz Jennings.

Lois attended Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and worked as a Registered Nurse in various hospitals and positions. She always enjoyed actives centered around family and friends.

Besides her parents, Lois was predeceased by her baby daughter Lois Zabiegalski.

Lois is survived by her children, Lisa Mcguire Kelley, A. Mark Zabiegalski, Dr. Neal Zabiegalski, Michael Zabiegalski, Jane Beaton (Stephen), Matthew Zabiegalski (Cheryl); Nine grandchildren, Amy, John, Neal, Madison, Natalie, David, Matthew, Elizabeth and Nancy; six great grandchildren, Brynleigh, Luca, Bryson, Sailor, Michael and Carter James, brothers Dr. Leonard Jennings and Dr. John Jennings and numerous nieces and nephews.

She will be remembered as a loving and caring woman that was always there for her family, friends and neighbors.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 am on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at St. Ignatius Chapel Point Church, 8855 Chapel Point Road, Port Tobacco, MD 20677.

Visitation for family and friends will begin at 10 am prior to the 11 am Mass at the Church location.
