Marsha Fitzmaurice

Marsha Fitzmaurice, 74 of Accokeek, MD passed away on February 24, 2025 surrounded by her family. She is the loving wife of James "AT&T Jimmy" Fitzmaurice who she married 56 years ago. She is survived by her daughter Theresa Sellner, son-in-law Randy Sellner and grandchildren Randy and Rachel Sellner of Mechanicsville, MD. She is also survived by her sisters Tere Burch and Janice Spires and their families. She is predeceased by her brother John Ortenzo.

Born December 30, 1950 in Washington, D.C., the daughter of the late John and Helen Ortenzo. She enjoyed spending time with her cat Bitsy, doing puzzles, playing solitaire and video games and taking care of others, but most importantly she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

The family will receive friends, March 27, 2025 at Huntt Funeral Home (3035 Old Washington Road Waldorf, MD 20+601) from 10:45-11:45AM. There will be a funeral service at 11:45AM. Burial will follow at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery (11301 Crain Hwy Cheltenham, MD 20623).

Family will host friends at the American Legion in Hughesville from 2:00-7:00PM (6265 Brandywine Rd Hughesville, MD 20637).

Pallbearers will be Randy Sellner, Randy Sellner Jr, Kenneth Hobbs, John Ortenzo, Joe Ortenzo and Dale Sunderlin.
