Patricia Kearney, known by her family and friends as "Patsy."Passed away at the age of 64 on November 10th, 2011. Patsy was born on August 29th, 1947 to the late Charles and Katherine Thompson Baldwin . She retired after 35 years with The USPS in Accokeek. Patsy had a laugh that will truly be missed by all. She was good natured and loved animals. She was awarded by The SPCA with an award for saving a dog. Her own personal dogs are Gretchen and Skipper. One of Patsy's most memorable phrases was "Look what I can do ! " She will be laid to rest by her daughter Laura Leigh Kearney at 1pm on Tuesday November 15th 2011 at The Christ Episcopal Church 600 Farmington Rd. West, Accokeek, MD. She is survived by her sister, Katherine Lee Baldwin of Bryans Road, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends, Along with her daughter and parents, she was predeceased in death by her grandmother Mary Elsie Thompson Day and brother Perry Francis Baldwin. Donations may be made in her name to The Humane Society or The SPCA.
