Born on August 20th 1949 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Regina lived and work in and around Elizabeth, Linden, Roselle area until 2012 when she relocated to Waldorf, Maryland. Affectionately known as "Cookie" Regina spent her life bringing joy, love, and happiness to all who knew her. She enjoyed activities such as roller skating, ice skating, bowling, movies, and listening to music. She is survived by her three sons Howard Dashiell Jr, Augustine J. Dashiell, and Keenan L. Dashiell. Her sister Barbara Carter. Four grandchildren Mia J Dashiell, Jaelen Dashiell, Malachi J Dashiell, and Dashay R Dashiell also three great-grandchildren, Laniyah R Simon, William D Simon, and Aziz Esmond Jr. along with host of cousins, friends, and loved ones Her kind heart and loving spirit will be missed by all who knew her
