She attended Southern High School in Lothian Maryland, and worked at the Torpedo Factory in Alexandria,Virginia, which was formerly known as the U.S. Naval Torpedo Station. She married George L. Randall of Deale, Md., blessing her with five daughters, Paula, Diana, Anita, Judy, and Patricia. After her first husband's death, she married George H. She worked at home raising these seven children, and when her second husband passed, went to work for Eastern Liberty and Citibank. After retirement she enjoyed gardening, reading, traveling, and playing cards and dominos with her family and close girlfriends. Although tiny in stature, she was known for her feistiness, laughable personality, and her stubborness in doing things "her way".
