Virginia is preceded in death by her husband George T. Southard and father and mother Lewis and Doris Gutridge. She is survived by her son Kenneth Southard (Virginia); grandchildren Kim Owens (Johnny) and Kenny Southard (Jenifer); great grandchildren Candy, Amber, Kenny III and Julia; great- great grandchild Destiny and sisters Dorothy Purks (Jerry) and Elsie Ferrell (George).
A visitation will be held at the Huntt Funeral Home Waldorf, Maryland on Thursday March 26, 2015 from 4 to 7pm. The funeral service will be at the Huntt Funeral Home on Friday March 27, 2015 at 11am. The burial will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens Waldorf, Maryland.
