Tracie Rojas

Tracie Lynn Rojas, 45, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Tracie was born January 16, 1971 in Yakima, WA. She was adopted into the Mata family when she was very young.

Tracie was a loving mother, wife, sister, aunt and grandmother. Tracie was known as a kind and loving person by all those who knew her and she will be greatly missed. She loved her music, long drives in the country, and she especially loved her grandchildren.

Tracy is survived by her husband Artemio Rojas; her daughters, Maricela Tovar of Toppenish and Felicia Tovar of Washougal; her son, Nicholas Tovar of Wapato; her brothers, David Compo and Daniel Compo both of Wapato, Elray Compo of Yakima, Rudy Macias and Al Brown both of Spokane; her sister, Alberta Brown of Spokane; and her beloved 5 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Alfonso and Maria.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 from 3-7:00 p.m. at Merritt Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. also at Merritt Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Reservation Community Memorial Park.
