Born in Detroit to Graziano “Russell” and Giovanna “Joann” Ventimiglia, Angela touched many people’s hearts in her lifetime. Angela worked for 35 years as a personal secretary for Lear Corporation and from her work to her home life everyone remembered her for her selflessness. Known as the “bag lady,” Angela would gift without being prompted anything that she thought her coworkers or friends would like, especially for the children in her life. Angela made it a priority to make sure everyone in her life were always taken care of and will be dearly missed by her surviving family and friends.
Beloved wife of Edward Abbey III. Cherished daughter of the late Graziano "Russ" and Giovanna "Joann". Dear niece of Angeline “Angie” Garafolo and the late Cheistina “Chille” Furnari, Rosaria “Sara” Moceri, Rosemary D’Angelo, Joseph (Marie) Ventimiglia, Sadie (Dominic) Evola, and Michael (Lee) Ventimiglia. Cherished cousin of Joseph (Kathy) Funari, Leona (the late John) Young, Maria (Cliff) Adkins, Vita (Jim) Snock, Paul (Joanne) D’Angelo, Agatha (Dave) Tune, and the late Bill Funari.
Visitation Thursday, May 6th from 3 until 9pm with a 7pm scripture service at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, in Warren. Funeral Mass Friday at 12pm at St. Malachy Catholic Church in Warren. Burial to take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Twp. Memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, are appreciated.
