Carole Janice Jones, age 81, of Roseville, Michigan passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025. Carole was born on March 20, 1943, in Highland Park, Michigan, to Frank and Lillian Leonowitz.
Carole is the beloved wife of 28 years to the late Lyle Jones Jr. The loving mother of Robbie (Rebecca) Russo and Lorna (Randall Fischer) Russo. Cherished grandmother of Mackenzie Russo. Also survived by her brother Frank Michael (Linda) Leonowitz, and nieces Barbara Boyd, Lily Morningstar, and Iris Mary Moon.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27, from 2pm until 8pm with a rosary at 7pm, at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, in Warren. Instate will be held Friday, February 28, from 10:30 until the time of the funeral mass 11am at Holy Innocents St. Barnabas Church, 26100 Ridgemont Street, in Roseville.
In lieu of flowers any donations made in her memory to Capuchin Soup Kitchen or Alzheimer's Association would be greatly appreciated.
