Charles Harper, 84, of Warren, died Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at St. John Macomb Hospital Center. He was born January 27, 1923 in Highland Park Michigan. Charlie was a retired police officer for Highland Park. He is survived by his wife, Carrie; 2 daughters;a son; a step-son; and many grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents, Charles and Susan. A memorial service for Mr. Harper will be held Saturday, April 14, 11:30 am at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover at Common (12 1/2 Mile). The service will be officiated by Pastor Jerry Weinzierl.
