Charlotte "Renee" Benoit

Charlotte (Renee) Benoit passed on to be with our heavenly father at the age of 85 years old on June 30, 2026 surrounded by her family. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, great aunt and friend of many.

Born 10/18/1940 in Macon, GA and a long time resident of Warren, MI. Renee was a true testament of support and love to family and friends with such a loving and infectious laughter. She lived to bring friends and family closer. Her love for animals was unlimited from cats to possums!

She was proceeded in death by her mother Louise Knight, father OD Knight and son Terry Beniot.

She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years Fred Beniot and children Richard Melnyk, Desiree Million, Sherri (Paul) Mager, Diane (Doug) Allen, Tina Beniot; her grandchildren Thannessa, Cherisa, Joshua, Christina, Tami, Thomas, Justin, Bryant, Marky, Veronica, Brandon and Brandy; and 32 great grandchildren; Sister Wendy (Ron) Mueller and nephews Zachery (Catlin) Mueller (Great niece Tatum Mueller) and Sean Mueller.

A celebration of life/visitation will be held Monday July 6, 2026 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday July 7, 2026 at 10:00am at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd, Warren, MI 48088
