Christopher J. Housey

Christopher will always be remembered for his sense of humor, constant smile, and cheery demeanor. He was always making people laugh and smile with his jokes and nicknames. Chris and his wife Mary Anne would spend their time going out to the casino and to dinner. When at home he would watch action movies and football. He loved the outdoors, taking his wife and children out on the boat at Gull Island when they were younger. He stayed active walking the dogs and taking them to the dog parks. Spending time with his daughter was his main hobby, even just staying home and watching movies together.

Christopher is the beloved husband of the late Mary Anne Housey. The loving father of Pam Housey and Chris (Stephanie) Housey. Cherished son of Dolores Lee. Fur dad of the late Charger, his treasured Lhasa Apso, grand-paw of Buddy the Rat Terrier. Survived by his brother in law Mike (Ann Marie) Koch and many extended family and friends.

A visitation for Christopher will be held Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd, Warren, Michigan 48088. An instate will occur Sunday, February 11, 2024 from 9:30 AM until the time of the service at 10:00 AM, at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the National Kidney Foundation in his memory would be greatly appreciated.
