Craig was the beloved partner of Roselinda Brown for 34 years. Mutual music lovers, Craig and Roselinda especially enjoyed going line dancing together, a pastime that brought them happiness for many years.
Craig is predeceased by his parents, Carl and Nellie Dunn. He is survived by his partner Roselinda Brown; his brother David (Lisa) Dunn; his niece Erica Dunn; his nephew Alex Dunn. Craig was also cherished by his housemates Robert Locricchio, Don Locricchio, Gary Dickinson, and Robert Haig.
Craig and Roselina loved spending time camping “up north” near Lapeer, where they kept their camper parked and created countless memories with friends. Their campsite and home were always welcoming places. There were often gatherings filled with laughter, music, and good times. Each year, Craig and Roselinda also cherished a three-day tradition in Petoskey with their closest friends, always staying at the same hotel and enjoying fresh fish dinners and dancing. A lifelong dog lover, Craig never went camping without his dogs. His easygoing, gentle nature made him a favorite of everydog he met.
Craig loved his family more than anything. A beloved uncle, he never missed an important milestone or celebration. Craig and his brother David also shared a bond through music, attending many concerts together over the years.
In his free time, Craig loved collecting records and books of all kinds, with a special fondness for comic books, especially those featuring Marvel characters. He had a sharp, inquisitive mind and
an incredible memory for facts, people’s names, and the details of what they shared about their lives. He used this gift thoughtfully, always looking for ways to help others in meaningful ways. Naturally caring and generous, Craig was actively involved at his local senior center, where he helped instructors set up for classes, assisted friends with transportation, and even helped some with grocery shopping. His kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him and will be dearly missed.
