Crystal Lynn Myers age 40, died November 6, 2013 at St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren, Michigan. Crystal was born October 27, 1973 at South Macomb Hospital in Warren, Michigan, the daughter of Carol Wootten and the late Herbert Formella.Crystal was raised in Warren and attended Lincoln High School. Following high school, she attended college for a year. Crystal was truly a homemaker... she was the "Boss" of the house and even her cats paid attention when given orders.Crystal was the cherished wife of James Myers, and the dear mother of Steven Formella and Leeann Novelli. She was the beloved daughter of Carol Casbar, and the late Herb Formella. Sister of Elizabeth (Eric) Werner, Jimmy Formella, Amber (Matt) Sidelinker, and Patty. Crystal is further survived by numerous family members and friends.Visitation for Crystal will be held on Sunday, November 10th from 2:30-9pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ½ Mile Road) in Warren. Her Eulogy Service will be held at 11:00am on Monday at the funeral home.
