Cynthia Ann Johnson

 Beloved wife of the late Robert James Johnson (Bob), with whom she shared 31 wonderful years. Loving mother of Nicole (Chris Theisen) Dubay and Heather (Steven) Mezzadri. Cherished grandmother to Ben, Ella, Brianna, and Vivian. Dear sister of Brenda Dubay and Dale Dubay, and preceded in death by her brother, Alan Dubay. Treasured aunt, cousin, neighbor, and friend to many.

 Cindy was born on November 5, 1949, in Hamtramck, Michigan to her late parents, Walter and Delphine Dubay. She grew up in Hamtramck, Detroit, and Roseville, where she spent lots of time being the 'big sister" to their neighborhood full of kids. She had a passion for reading, cooking, word games, concerts, plays, and Dancing with the Stars (and other shows like it), and she enjoyed trips to the casino. Above all, Cindy's greatest joy came from spending time with her family and her grandchildren, whom she loved deeply.

 Cindy’s kindness, warmth, sense of humor, unwavering love for her family, and strong faith will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She was a bright light, a loving presence, and an encourager for anyone who was lucky enough to know her.

 A visitation for Cynthia will be held Thursday, June 26, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at D.S. Temrowski and Sons Funeral Home; 30009 Hoover Road; Warren, Michigan 48093. An instate will occur Friday, June 27, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at St. Mary, Our Lady Queen of Families- St. Clement Site; 25320 Van Dyke Avenue; Center Line, Michigan 48015. A funeral Mass will occur Friday, June 27, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Mary, Our Lady Queen of Families- St. Clement Site; 25320 Van Dyke Avenue; Center Line, Michigan 48015. A burial will occur Saturday, June 28, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at St. John the Baptist Cemetery; 1400 N. River; Ypsilanti, MI 48198.
