David Donald Hessen Jr. "Buzzy", died Wednesday November 11, 2009 at home in Warren Michigan. David was born August 8, 1940 in Detroit, the son of the late David and Freda Hessen (nee: Haddad). David was a veteran of the United States Army and proudly served our country. He was also proud to have worked at the Detroit News and Free Press for many years as a district manager. When not working "Buzzy" loved the game of golf and played as much as possible. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. A memorial gathering for Mr. Hessen will take place Sunday 3:00 pm. at Andiamo Lakefront Restaurant, 24026 Jefferson Ave. St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Arrangements entrusted to D.S. Temrowski and Sons funeral home.
