Delphine M. Binder, 81, of Sterling Heights passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2010 at Cherrywood Nursing Home in Sterling Heights. The daughter of Thomas and Hedwig (nee: Janca), she was born December 4, 1928 in Detroit. Delphine worked as a bank teller for many years at First Federal Bank. When Delphine was not working she loved to travel, spend time with family and friends, and loved her daughter Becky's dog Buster. Most of all she loved to decorate for Christmas, spending days getting everything just right for big holiday. Delphine is survived by her daughter Becky (Jeff) Hooker and stepson Tim (Mary) Binder. Loving grandmother of John and Cara. Beloved wife of the late Wilbur ("Bill") Binder and the late Henry ("Hank") Gawronski. Visitation is 3-9 pm Friday at D.S. Temrowski Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Rd, Warren. In state Saturday 9:00 am. at St. Martin DePorres Catholic Church until time of service at 9:30 am. Internment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
