Diane Pakula

Born in Hamtramck to the late Eugene and Anna Osowski, Diane was always on the sidelines cheering on her family and friends as she was known as the “family mascot”. She never missed a family event, big or small. Diane loved her family more than anything. Diane was also known for being an avid walker, a candy connoisseur, and a lover of music (Elvis & Michael Jackson being among her favorites). She could be easily spotted in anything purple (her favorite color) clothing or shoes, her infectious laugh, or with a Pepsi in hand. At home the TV was always on. Diane knew all of her favorite shows that were on TV every night and never wanted to miss them even if they were reruns. The first to help anyone in need; Diane always spoke her mind and was never afraid to live life on her terms. A beloved mom, daughter, sister, aunt, great-aunt, and great-great aunt, Diane will be dearly missed.

Cherished sister of Eugene (the late Janice) Osowski and Kathleen (the late Carl) Shafer, the late Thaddeus Osowski, the late Mary (Osowski) Heinz, the late Richard Osowski, and the late Joseph Osowski. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, many great nieces and great nephews, and many great-great nieces and great-great nephews.

Visitation Saturday, May 28th from 2pm to 8pm with a Funeral Service at 7pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, in Warren.
