Dorothy A. Corrigan

Dorothy Alma Corrigan, age 70, of Warren, died Tuesday, February 24, 2004 at her home. She was born December 19, 1933 in Cleveland, Ohio. She has lived in Michigan for over 30 years. When she came to Michigan, she spent her first years in Troy, then raised her son in Ferndale, and then moved to Warren for last 10 years of her life. Mrs. Corrigan was very active with AARP and was a Volunteer for the St. John Macomb Hospital. She was very involved with her church, First Presbyterian Church of Royal Oak. She also received her bachelors degreefromKent State University of Ohio.Mrs. Corriganworked as an executive secretary at Schweffman & Associates, an automotive supply firm in Troy, for over 12 years. Dorothy Corrigan was preceded in death by her father William Dette and her mother Anna (nee:Pich) Dette. She is survived by her son, Kevin Corrigan. Funeral services will be held at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile) on Friday at 11:00 am. Officiating the funeral service will be the Rev. Dr. Carl Eschenbrenner. Visitation Thursday 3-9 pm. Burial will be at Brooklyn Heights Cemetery, Cleveland OH on Saturday, February 28, 2004.
