Dorothy I. Fuhrman

Dorothy loved the Lord and her family, who meant the world to her. She cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She and her husband served as elders at Bethesda Christian Church and then joined Bethel Baptist Church.

Dorothy was the beloved wife for 62 years of the late Ronald Albert Fuhrman; the loving mother of Joan (Richard) Kuczma, Thomas (Kathy) Fuhrman, Lois (Russell) Webb, Janet (Daryl) Perkins, and Daniel (Kelly) Fuhrman; treasured grandmother of Paul (Kathleen) Kuczma, Ruth Kuczma, Beth Kuczma, Melissa (Curtis) Shoemaker, Matthew (Aletha) Fuhrman, Bethanie (Daniel) Stammen, Andrew Webb, Joshua Webb, Jessica Perkins, Christopher (Julia) Kowalski-Perkins, William Perkins, Stephen (Genevieve) Perkins, Evan Rose, and Charlie Rose; cherished great-grandmother of Eloise Sager, Isaac Sager, Wesley Fuhrman, and Jace Shoemaker; dear sister of Agnes (the late Erwin) Sikorski and the late Leona (the late Arthur) Winkler.

A visitation for Dorothy will be held Thursday, November 30, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, Warren, Michigan 48088. She will lie in state Friday, December 1, 2023 from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 AM at Bethel Baptist Church, 24600 Little Mack Avenue, St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48080.
