I am so sorry for your loss. Jeanne has been a great friend to me. She has always had such thoughtful, kind words about her mother. My heart goes out to the family at this difficult time. May she now be at comfort and peace in her heavenly home.

I always admired your Mom and had so much fun when I hung out at your house when we were kids and a little older. She always had a good word and made me feel welcome and special. She had so much spunk in that tiny body! Those are treasured memories. May you all find comfort in this time having each other to share and remember your Mom's very special life. Nana has always been an inspiration and role-model of how a good Christian mother should be. Being a mother now myself, I know how hard parenting is while running a busy household, and Nana beautifully raised seven successful children. She was an integral part also in helping her many grandchildren to achieve all their successes. She always put her family and God first above her own needs, which is truly admirable. 

I will never forget Nana's giddish laugh. Even on the day of her death, I showed her a picture of my son, and her face lit up while she gave that laugh with a big smile. What a warm feeling that always gave me. Nana was extremely intelligent, and knew everything about everyone. Nana would tell the best stories about how her and grandpa met and lived their early lives together. Although she has passed, her stories and memories will never fade. She was the best grandmother one could ask for, and I know she will always continue to watch over all her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren just like she did before.

What a wonderful woman she must have been to raise such a loving, devoted family. Through Jeanne, I have learned about her kind mother and successful siblings. I enjoyed many gatherings with Aunt Dottye and Uncle Al. They are both Greatly missed, But now they are back together.

Being the oldest girl in a family of seven, my mother relied on me for help a lot. She taught me how to care for children and a household. Unfortunately, my sometimes quick temper resembled my father's rather then my mom's quiet, steadfast demeanor. Only a few times when I was growing up did I see my mom really angry. One time a turkey went flying out the window when my dad commented that it was dry. Another time I put mud all over my brother Bob's red Camaro and I got chased down the street by this little 5 ft. 2 lady with a broom. She had to have SUMPREME patience to take care of seven children, who were born 11 years apart in age. I know I don't possess that patience with kids. Part of her favorite times were attending her children's numerous music, school awards, church events and holidays which were often chaotic in a large family. My mom started off being a business woman before she married dad and learned how to stretch one paycheck to care for 9 people. She did not own many clothes but was a beautiful woman as reflected by her picture (eighteen I believe). She loved my dad so much and always took very good care of him, especially when he had some rough times. He was demanding of her in many ways but loved her so much and they were best friends. The last two years my mom was bedridden but thoroughly enjoyed the visits, phone calls, letters and pictures of her children/grandchildren/ and greats. Thank God for face time and picture sharing. My mother was alert to the end and died the way she lived, quietly with most of her family present. She is now with my dad, walking and being in the presence of Our Lord whom she loved so much. I will miss our special talks and time together and will forever cherish the 60 years I got to spend with you mom.a5II Rest in peace.

Just and interesting tidbit about my parents life. My mom was born on February 26th, my parents were married on September 26th, they moved into their home in Warren on January 26, my father passed away on January 26, my mother passed away on August 26th and their room at Windemere Senior Living for almost eight years was 126. Kind of eerie or is that number meant to be.

Rick, Bob, Terese, and the rest of the Ottolini kids: I am so sorry for your loss. Your Mom was one of the great moms in the old neighborhood! She was a Wonderfull Woman, with a lovely smile, who not only took great care of your whole tribe; but also took care of the rest of us kids, who were your friends. It was a great time to grew up in the Gilbert-Hanover area of Warren!

I will miss my dear, beautiful mother. I remember my times as a child when she cooked dinner for her large family while listening to Karl Haas' Adventures in Good Music on the radio. She joins my father in heaven.

My Mother, she was calm, kind, fun and never complained about anything! I was a busy child and she let me be me!, And as I aged she would listen to me ramble in the kitchen after nursing classes and just always be there for Me. She is a great legacy on how to be a wonderful friend, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, My son Peter stated he loved Gram's house, she had a original Atari and Star Wars game, plus great snacks, and taught him how to play poker till 4 am! What a great Grama, I will miss my visits with her, she always knew what everyone was up too, like 30 plus people, God Bless You Mom, You're walking again and with all your family Too!
