

Edmund J. Paddock age 80, a longtime resident of Warren, died January 6, 2011 at St. John Macomb Hospital Center in Warren Michigan. He was born October 24, 1930 in Detroit, the son of the late Theodore and the late Agnes (nee: Paruszkiewicz) Paddock. With thanks & praise from a grateful nation, we pay tribute to Mr. Paddock for his service to our country during the Korean War. A decorated Corporal in the United States Army, we pay homage to the call to duty he proudly served, and the sacrifices he made to protect the freedoms & liberties we enjoy today. He was the beloved husband of the late Genevieve. Loving companion of Lois Uhl. Dear father of Pamela (Mark) Kisel, Bob Paddock, and Peggy (David) Dwyer. Dearest grandfather of Amy, Katie, Jack, and Nickolas. Visitation for Mr. Paddock will be on Saturday, January 8th from 5-9pm and Sunday from 2-9pm, with a 7pm Vigil Service, at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile Rd) in Warren. He will lie in state on Monday from 10:30am until the time of Mass at 11:00am at Sweetest Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 4440 Russell Street in Detroit. Officiating the Mass will be Father Paul Czarnota. Following the services, military honors will be bestowed upon Mr. Paddock at church. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart of St. Mary Cemetery in Detroit. Please share memories of Mr. Paddock at his guest book.
