Born on February 12, 2026, Elliana Ka’Leia Reign Cokley was raised in Warren, Michigan where she was surrounded by an immeasurable amount of love from the very beginning. Elliana was a beautiful and happy baby whose sweet smile could brighten any room. Even at such a young age, her family watched as her personality began to blossom. She was curious, expressive, and always wanted to be right in the middle of whatever was happening around her.
Elliana loved being on the go and was affectionately known as a little “busybody.” Whether she was shopping with her family or simply along for a car ride, she was happiest when there was somewhere to go and something to see. It did not particularly matter where everyone was headed; Elliana was just happy to be along for the adventure.
Phones quickly became one of Elliana’s favorite things. She loved FaceTiming with her family, although seeing the person on the other end of the call was not always the only attraction. Elliana especially enjoyed catching sight of her own little face on the screen and could happily admire herself while visiting with those she loved.
As she grew, Elliana was constantly discovering new things about herself and the world around her. One of her favorite discoveries happened to be her own little toes, which endlessly fascinated her. Most recently, Elliana had also discovered that she could stick out her tongue. It was a brand-new trick she had only just begun showing off, and another sweet little expression her family had come to love and adore.
Elliana had also just begun finding her voice and loved making sure everyone around her could hear it. She loved to babble, and sometimes even let out a playful little scream when she had something to say. Of all the new sounds she was learning to make, her favorite was “Ababa,” a sound her family will always remember as uniquely hers.
Mealtime was always something worth getting excited about for Elliana. She loved her food, with apples being a particular favorite. When she knew something good was coming her way, she would excitedly reach out with her little “gimme, gimme, gimme” hands, making sure everyone knew she was ready for another bite.
Elliana loved music and especially enjoyed watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. She would perk right up whenever she heard Mickey call, “Oh, Toodles!” The familiar music and sounds always caught her attention and brought out the bright, curious expression her family loved so much.
Pink was Elliana’s color and perfectly suited her sweet personality. She also genuinely enjoyed tummy time, happily taking in the world around her from a different view. During the summer, Elliana began discovering just how much fun being in the water could be. Pool time became a favorite as she learned to play and splash in the water. Bath time, on the other hand, was something Elliana preferred to enjoy on her own terms and only when it happened to be convenient for her.
These little preferences, expressions, and discoveries were all pieces of the personality Elliana was showing more of each day. At only five months old, she already knew what she liked, found countless ways to make her family smile, and had a special way of turning the simplest moments into precious memories. Her family will forever remember their beautiful, happy little girl who wanted to be part of everything and brought so much happiness into their lives.
