Eva and her husband Donald started and ran the Blondes Service auto repair shop together from 1974 until 1993. After selling their shop, they bought a house in Sebring, Florida where they lived for over 30 years. She loved her community in Florida and she was always involved in some way, organizing committees and working on the board of the Homeowners Association. The Florida weather kept her happy as she loved sitting by the pool and sunbathing. Her many friends would join her for games of Bingo or trips to the local casino. As a natural caretaker, she would jump at the opportunity to help anyone, whether that be cooking them a meal or helping them keep their house clean she was always there. Her mother’s Italian home cooking recipes were always a hit in her kitchen and everyone looked forward to her spaghetti sauce and breaded Italian steak. Her house was always decorated for the upcoming holiday with her beautiful home crafted decorations and flower pieces. While the children were growing up, they would take the whole family in their motorhome camping all over the states. She was the proud owner of a beautiful blue 1982 Corvette that her husband bought her for their anniversary.
