

Frances was the beloved wife of James, with whom she shared 36 wonderful years of marriage. He often said his life changed the day he met her, as she was the best thing that ever happened to him. She was a loving and devoted mother to Taylor Steele and Brandon Steele, and a dear sister to Anna, Maurice, and Jim. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will cherish her memory.
Frances worked diligently at Luigi Cement Company, where she formed close and lasting friendships with her coworkers, Rosanna and Donna. She took great pride in her work and in the relationships she built along the way.
She had a deep love for flowers and enjoyed decorating her home, always keeping it warm, welcoming, and beautifully organized. Frances embraced life fully, she treasured good company, laughter, and making memories with those she loved. Known for her kind heart, she always wanted the best for everyone around her.
As a mother, she adored her children and made their childhood special with her giving and nurturing nature. Her love, warmth, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Memorial visitation will be held on Monday, May 11, 2026, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM, at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, in Warren.
