Age 64, passed away on November 20, 2025 in Warren, Michigan. Born on May 1, 1961 in Highland Park, Michigan to parents Virgil and JoAnna Bailey. Frank is survived by his sons Frank, Daniel, and Dawson Bailey, and leaves behind his siblings, many close family members, and dear friends.
Frank’s life was shaped by his deep appreciation for nature, especially the serene beauty of Northern Michigan. Many of his happiest moments were spent camping and fishing in Harrison, Michigan, where he found peace and joy in the quiet solitude of the outdoors.
Frank cherished the simple things in life: the rustle of leaves in the forest, the calm of a lake, and the warmth of a campfire.
