Gary James Brady

Gary was born in Detroit, Michigan on July 25, 1948. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Delora (Lucas) Brady. Survived by his ex-wife and best friend, Mary Brady. He is also survived by his children- Dean (Michelle) Brady, Darrin (Jenna) Brady, Chad (Krista) Brady and Eric (Lisa) Brady. Also survived by his ten grandchildren- Jenna (Will) Pohlen, Hunter (Adriana), John, Joshua, Jacey, Korrin, Raelyn, Taryn, Isabelle, Luke Brady and three great-grandchildren – Liam Pohlen, James and Louis Brady. Gary was the older brother of sisters- Marion (David) Turowski and Shelley Brady. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many cousins from the Brady and Lucas families.

Gary was raised in Warren and attended Warren High School. For most of his adult life he lived in Arizona and California. He returned to Michigan after retirement to be closer to his family. Gary enjoyed a successful career as a salesman. His last position was in California where he sold internet ads for Google. He had the knack of connecting with others which served him well in sales.

Arrangements are handled by A.H. Peters, Warren. The burial service will be at Scotch Settlement Cemetery, Almont, Michigan 1 p.m., Wednesday on Scotch Settlement Road north of Bordman Road. A memorial celebration will be held immediately following the burial at the VFW Hall at 598 North Almonth Avenue, Imlay City, MI 48444.
