Gary was the loving father of Heather Gatlin, Loyd (Cathy Tirrell) Carter, and Jamie Koop. Adored grandfather of the late Amanda, Katlynn, Jacob, Isabella, Gabriel, Rachel, Anthony, and Paylin. Dear brother of Allan Carter and Peggy Carter. Cherished former spouse of Jean Blethen.
A Memorial Visitation for Gary will be held on Sunday, April 21st from 2-6pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road, Warren, MI.
