Grace M. Gilginas, age 91, of Warren died Friday, October 16, 2009 at Abbey Nursing Home in Warren. Grace was born March 20, 1918 in Detroit the daughter of the late William and the late Bernice Herbster. One of Grace's favorite things to do was to cook. She would often cook for different functions at St. Scholastica. Her family will always remember her homemade vegetable soup and meatballs. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle (Bill) Wright; granddaughters, Robin (Al), Theresa (Ray), Dawn (eric), Stacy (Tony), Samantha, and Jessica; 10 great grandchildren. Grace is predeceased by her husband, Chuck. Visitation for Mrs. Gilginas will be held Sunday 5-9 p.m. with an evening Rosary Service at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile Road). She will lie in state Monday 10:00 a.m. at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church in Redford until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Officiating the Funeral Liturgy will be Rev. Fr.
