

James Hoyt Braden, age 76 of Warren, died Sunday, October 07, 2007 at St. John Macomb Hospital Center in Warren. James was born September 04, 1931 in Wind Rock, Tennessee the son of the late Vanwinkle Braden and the late Oma (nee: Brandenburg) Braden. He is survived by his loving wife Norine. James is also the dear father of James (Holly) Braden, John (Tina) Braden, Jacqueline (Jerry) Michajlyszyn, Charlotte Ann Nedock, and Judy (Troy) LaPorte. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 1 brother, and 3 sisters. Mr. Braden served in the Army during the Korean War. After his military service Mr. Braden was an owner and operator of his own trucking business, and a member of the Teamsters, before retiring. When he was not working he enjoyed fishing, and playing cards. As a young man Jim owned a vintage sideshifting Indian motorcycle, and later in life he spent time on his computer playing card games. Visitation for Mr. Braden will be Tuesday from 5-9 pm, and Wednesday from 2-9 pm, at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 mile). Funeral Services will begin Thursday 12 Noon at the funeral home, with Pastor Jerry Weinzierl officiating. Interment will follow at Cadillac Cemetery in Clinton Township.
