James H. Minchey, age 82 of Warren, died Thursday, March 3, 2011 at St. John Macomb Oakland Hospital Macomb Center in Warren. Jim was born May 31, 1928 in Gainesboro, Tennessee, the son of the late Walter and the late Berta Minchey. Owned and operated Shell Service Station from 1961 - 1990. Jim is the beloved husband of Sharon Minchey. Loving father of Rachel (Tom) Downey, Linda (Lee) Golombisky, James (Legaysa) Minchey Jr., Donna (J.R.) Bohn, David (Erika) Minchey, Lisa (David) Lopez, and Jennifer (Joseph) Pauwels. Dear grandfather of 12. Dearest brother of Clyde (Ileana) Minchey. Uncle of Debbie Minchey. Visitation Saturday 3-9 pm and Sunday 2-9pm, with a 6:30 pm Rosary Service, at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile Road).
