James worked for Chrysler Automotive until his retirement in 1997. He held two journeyman cards, one for welding and another in tool & dye. James was married to his wife, Carole, for 39 wonderful years. They loved to travel all over together with Germany being their most memorable experience. James loved to live life his way. He was very determined and put himself out there to experience all that life had to offer him. James will be missed deeply by his loving family.
James was the beloved husband of Carole. Loving father of Jackie and Michael Selmon and step-father of Elizabether Crager. He is also survived by many grandchildren.
A private family burial will take place for James at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
