

John was born in Detroit, Michigan on July 15, 1945 to his parents John and Vivien Roszka. He graduated from Osborne High School and became a journeyman die maker in the automotive industry working for Richard and Trute Tool & Die Corp., Budd Company and Chrysler Corporation.
He was a member of King of kings Lutheran Church and the Mt. Clemens Elks Lodge #2124. He had a passion for golf, woodworking and serving his Elks Lodge.
He was a devoted husband to his wife Cynde for 30 years. A loving dad to Kathy (Scott) Smith, Jim Roszka and Mary (Michael) Malone. He was a proud grandpa to James, Robin, Evan, Alexandria, Amelia and Sophie. John was a cherished brother to Joe (Kathy Jo) Roszka, Jerry (Carol) Roszka and Vicki (Denis) Duggan, sister-in-law Cheryl (Charles) Roberts. Also a caring uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Friday, May 20th-- Visitation at A.H. Peters Funeral Home located on Schoenherr Road at Masonic in Warren from 4pm to 8pm with the Elks Lodge of Sorrows service at 7pm.
Saturday, May 21st-- Church service at 10am at King of kings Lutheran Church located on Schoenherr Road between 21 and 22 Mile Roads in Shelby Township. Brunch immediately following church at Fern Hill Golf Club located on Clinton River Road just past Garfield Road in Clinton Township.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you donate to your favorite charity in John's name.
