Joseph Raymond Hayes, of Center Line, age 68, died Thursday, April 18, 2013 at St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren. He was born July 3, 1944 in Detroit the son of the late George and the late Dorothy Hayes.Joseph is survived by his wife, Carolyn; daughters, Sherry Daniels, Denise (Jack) DeFrance, and Shawn (Don) Miller; five grandchildren; and his brothers, Robert (Catherine), Dennis (Debbie), and Douglas. Visitation for Joseph will be held Saturday 9 am until the time of his funeral Service at 11:00 am at Shepherd's Gate Church, 12400 23 Mile Road, Shelby Township. Officiating his funeral Service will be Pastor Craig Meyer. Interment will follow at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy. Arrangements entrusted to the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ½ Mile Rd). Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or American Cancer Society.
