Josephine V. Cauchi, age 80, of Sterling Heights, died Friday, October 24, 2008 at Beaumont Hospital in Troy. Josephine was born March 5, 1928 in Malta the daughter of the late Charles and the late Rose (nee: Mifsud) Rapa. She is survived by her husband, Joseph; children, Mary (Robert) Klein, Dennis, Ronald (Marie), and Michael (Patricia); grandchildren, Jason, Jenny, Krista, Marc, Elizabeth, Julie, Michael, and Kelly; 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Visitation for Mrs. Cauchi will be held Sunday 3-9 pm with a 7 pm Rosary Service at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile Road). Josephine will lie in state Monday 9 am at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church until the time of the Funeral Mass at 9:30 am. Officiating the Funeral Liturgy will be Rev. Fr. Roman Pasieczny. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are appreciated in Josephine's name to Beaumont Hospice P.O. Box 5802 Troy, MI 48007.
