Justine lived a life grounded in faith, family, hard work, and service to others. A devoted Christian, she was a founding member of Peace Lutheran Church. Her faith guided her throughout her life and was reflected in her care for others and her dedication to her family.
For more than 20 years, Justine worked as a medical secretary at Henry Ford Hospital, supporting Dr. Kent Wu. She was part of a pioneering generation of women who balanced full-time careers while faithfully caring for their homes and families. Naturally hardworking, she approached every challenge with both perseverance and grace.
Justine had a lifelong love of music, especially the hymns and worship music of the church. She also enjoyed staying informed about current events and could always be counted on to know what was happening in the world. While she was known for being straightforward and determined when things needed to get done, she was equally remembered for her kindness and compassion.
Family was the center of Justine's life. She lived to care for her family and took great joy in the accomplishments and happiness of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She also cherished her neighbors and the close-knit community they built together over the years.
