Kathleen M. Cooper

Kathleen M. Cooper,71, died Sunday, January 21, 2007 at Mease Hospital, Tarpon Springs, Florida. She was born November 28, 1935 in Hamtramck, Michigan, the daughter of Edmund and Mary Klawander. Kathy divided her time between Warren, Michigan and Tarpon Springs, Florida. Kathy is survived by her loving husband, Doug; sons, Neil (Nancy) and Ken (Diane); daughter, Gale (Jim)Wallace; and six wonderful grandsons, Tony, Nick, Cody, Tim, Kyle and Dalton. Also surviving are her siblings, Robert Klawander, Evelyn (Robert) Kisell, Bud (Sharon) Klawander, Geraldine (David) Overholser, and Thomas Klawander. Visitation for Kathy will take place Friday from 2-9 pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover at Common (12 1/2 Mile). There will be a Rosary Service Friday evening at 7:00 pm. Mrs. Cooper will lie in state Saturday, 9:00 am until the time of the Funeral Mass, 9:30 am at St. Martin DePorres Catholic Church. The Funeral will be officiated by Fr. Roman Pasieczny. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township. In lieu of flowers, Kathy's family requests donations to the American Heart Association, Mid-West Affiliate, Dept 77-3968, Chicago, IL 60678.
