Col. Lawrence R. O'Grady Jr. Died April 27, 2004 at St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren. Mr. O'Grady was age 75, and resided in Sterling Heights. He is the beloved husband of Katherine. Dearest father of Kathy (Tim) OGrady-Akers, Johanna (Paul) OGrady-Ward, and Larry (Liesl) OGrady. Loving grandfather of Emilie, Gillian, Mallyn, Allyson, and Ryleigh. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mr. O'Grady will be Thursday April 29th from 2-9 pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Rd. at Common, (12 mile). There will be a United States Marine Corps League service 7pm Thursday. Mr. O'Grady will lie in state Friday 10:30 am at St. Malachy Catholic Church, until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 am, officiating the funeral will be the Rev. Fr. Joseph Gembala. Mr. O'Grady will be interred at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township, Michigan.
